“The beaches of Cuba have been the first destination for Americans in the Caribbean and can be again!” Reads the site www.opencuba.org, posted by Orbitz, the third largest online travel agency the world after Expedia and Travelocity.
Orbitz Invites Americans – and Canadians – to support a petition addressed to President Obama and members of U.S. Congress. Objective: To lift all restrictions on travel to Cuba.
The agency has orchestrated a survey in collaboration with Ipsos. Result: end of April, 67% of Americans were in favor of lifting restrictions on travel to Cuba.
